Can anyone help me with information about Cpl. Lee B. Eastman? He was attached to Reg. HQ as a Demo
man. I think he might have been attached to Company A when he was KIA at Hitdorf on 7 April 45. Any
information surrounding his death would be appreciated.

I have contact with Cpl. Eastmans ex-fiancee over here in England (Doreen Kennedy), she has been researching Lee for quite some time now as
she is attempting to write a book about her memories of him and that time. I know she has visited with Lee's family over there in the States. She may be
able to help you, although I know there is some confusion as to the actual circumstances of Lee's death. If you PM me I'll give you her contact details.
